  1. WebEx Integration

The new Outlook for Mac (The one with preview of upcoming UI and "Enhancements") does not support WebEx plugin in the Meeting toolbar. It worked fine prior to upgrading/switching. After switching to the "New Outlook", the button is missing from the toolbar.

When I select to "Get Add-Ins...", from the Ribbon/Customize Toolbar ellipsis menu, I can find the "Cisco Webex Meetings Scheduler" add-in but it will not install. I get an error message saying "Sorry, we can't complete this operation right now. Please try again later."

  2. Add Alias support

The web based outlook.com and the windows version of outlook 2019 and 365 both support alias support. Only the mac version does not support this. It would be very useful if such support was added.

  3. create New Collaboration group in new outlook in macOS

There is no feature to support Groups or contact lists in new Outlook for macOS. When you switch from old to new, the Lists are not visible and neither can one create new lists

  4. Add Full OneNote Integration

I thought Addins (https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/924856-the-new-outlook-for-mac/suggestions/38972491-support-for-o365-add-ins) were going to do this, but I don't see an option in the customize toolbar for OneNote integration. I would like to be able to send both emails and meeting notes from outlook to Onenote like I can in both the iOS and the Outlook for Mac products!

  5. Could you please create an additional "business card" view for the contacts? A similar view existed in an older version of Outlook..

In a former version of OUTLOOK, the PEOPLE view allowed to place all contacts in a "business card view" where one contact is next to the other.... filling the whole page... then scrolling down for searching contact details was much easier and more efficient, especially if you treat more than 1,500 contacts.

  6. Add copy paste of email and attachments

Allow copying an pasting of an email say in your Inbox and pasting into a new email that you are composing or copy without having to "pop-out" the email to drag and drop. Also drag and drop doesn't appear to work for me in MacOS full screen mode as you cannot drag from the maximised window (Inbox) to the "popped out" mail.

Also allow copy and paste of attachments from one mail into another mail please

  7. Setting to Always show time and date

Instead of saying "Yesterday" it would say the date and time in the reading pane: i.e. 10/01/2020 11:41PM. This is useful if you are getting Nagios alerts from your monitoring system so you know what time an outage happened.

  8. Synchronisation Calendar

Necessary to have a synchronized calendar on all devices. Currently not all meetings are shown (only in the old version).

  9. Find contacts across multiple accounts when creating a new message

When I create a new email message and begin typing the name of a contact, Outlook should find contacts from all of my mail accounts. This worked in Old Outlook, but in New Outlook it only searches contacts in the current account.

  10. Too many steps to edit an already posted calendar event. I like editing, as needed, right on the event itself without having to reopen!!!

Just let us open and edit a calendar event right on the calendar without having to open it back up!!!

  11. Enable adjusting meetings by 15 minutes by dragging

You can change meeting length by dragging the outside of the event in calendar. You should be able to adjust in 15 minute intervals. Instead I have to type in the 15 minute offset. Once it is on a 15 minute interval (3:15 or 3:45) you seem to be able to do more but it reverts back if you hit a 30 minute interval

  15. continue the "advance search" feature for contacts and filter by categories

I use Outlook as my CRM for my sales job. 90% of my contacts are tagged or categorized with custom categories. I use the Advance Search feature in contacts to filter by specific category. Not having this ability is a major inconvenience and will force me to stop using Outlook to effectivelly manage my contacts database.

If you get rid of this feature, I don't know what the purpose of categories will then be?

  16. End meetings early (25m / 50m)

Add support to end appointments & meetings early (25m / 50m) so you have time to prepare for the next meeting. Already supported by Outlook for Windows: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/schedule-a-meeting-with-other-people-5c9877bc-ab91-4a7c-99fb-b0b68d7ea94f

If you set this preference in Outlook on the Web, then Outlook for Mac will respect it! Please ensure you are on the Feb release of Outlook for Mac (16.46.212.0)

We also respect the setting to start meetings late.

The ability to set this inside of Outlook for Mac will come soon.

  17. I suggest you don't include sent messages when you group conversations

Including every sent mail in a grouped conversation in your mailbox makes the thread very long, and I don't necessarily want to see the messages I've sent. Plus, they're always available to me in the Sent folder. Please go back to grouping only the new items in a conversation sent by others and excluding those sent by the user. Thank you!

  18. I suggest you add a button to create a task from an email

I suggest you add a button to create a task from an email body that is highlighted. When a text is highlighted you should be able to create a task quickly from there with being able to link back to the original email as a reference.Inviting people to a task would be a nice touch as well.

  19. Allow to always download images from approved Contacts

Old Outlook had an option to always load images for Contacts. This function has disappeared and adds extra frustration for known-good senders / mailing lists.
