  1. Add a Link Handling feature to Office apps for Mac

Microsoft needs to provide individuals with a way to decide which behavior Office apps perform with shared links from one drive and other sharing services. Allowing companies to manage this feature for end users via configuration profile would be the icing on the cake here. Are you planning on this? Asking for a friend...

  2. Touch Bar controls in Calendar

Currently, the Touch Bar controls in Calendar allow you to switch between the Day, Work Week, Week and Month views. It would be very useful to also have a way to navigate between periods (like the arrows that are to the left of the day/week/month above the calendar) in the Touch Bar.

  3. Advanced search to include recipient "To Me Only"

In Outlook for windows, I often use the advanced search query of finding emails where I am the only recipient (i.e. "To Me Only") as it implies the email requires me to take an action and it is therefore important that I read the email. Advanced search on the new Outlook for Mac doesn't not have that capability. Can it be added?

  5. Archive email instead of delete when ignoring conversation

When "ignoring conversation" it deletes the emails the next coming ones.
Ignoring doesn't mean I want to delete them, but just ignore.

I think archiving is more appropriate that deleting.
Or at least have the possibility to choose in the preferences.

    Giving a use case:
    - Someone sends an email with an information about a new release of an upstream system to a wide audience (not the best, but still a lot people do...)
    - I got the info, I'm interested by the info so I want to keep it (in archive, so searchable)
    - Several people will reply asking…

  6. Color highlight on calendar

On the month view of calendar, it would be great to have today's date highlighted with a color on the day square as opposed to just a blue dot on the number. It could be a screened color such as light blue, but do consider allowing individual color preference. Thanks!

  7. Arrange by Subject

When you arrange by subject, keep RE, FWD, in the same section - right now, they start a new "subject" with each RE or FWD.

  8. Add white color to categories

Re-add white to category color or set "none" to white/no color

  9. 'No conversation selected' by default when opening Inbox

Every time Outlook is launched or you return to the Mail window, no conversation is selected. Would leave it as in prior versions such that the most recent conversation is selected by default.

  12. We need Schedule View

I would really like to see the calendar view where I can see multiple team member schedules, like I can on Windows (Schedule View).

  13. Calendar groups

Allow shared calendars to be grouped together for easy enable/disable. For instance have a group of people called "HR" and with one checkbox I could enable or disable their calendars in my view. Currently I have to do this individually with each member of the group which is a pain.

  14. add filter for mail box folders

Add a search / filter for the folders pane. As someone who utilises lots of different folders to file away email correspondence I want to be able to search for a folder say while I'm in the inbox to move an email into. Example being I'm in my inbox I want to move the email I've read to an appropriate folder, I now have to scroll down and find it rather than just refine what is being displayed in that folder view. The filtered results should show the nested path of the folder as for example there might be a…

  15. Upgrade Searching for Contacts in the compose To: Field (Search the domain for contacts)

If I type "support" in the To: field, I get a contact suggestion for "support@microsoft.com"

I want to be able to type "microsoft" and get this suggestion as well. (As every other client I have ever tested already supports this...)

Throw in native integration with mac's contacts as well for extra credit.

  16. Be able to Resize email composer window when Outlook in fullscreen mode

You need to ve able to Resize email composer window when Outlook in fullscreen mode. Today it is to small when working on a smaller macbook, and not very useful in fullscreen mode. Should be able to make it nearly or as large as outlook it self in full screen, or be able to pop it up in another full screen view.

  19. Modify the ribbon in compose mode

Please, please let me customize the ribbon in compose view. When "switch background" got added, it pushed "Signatures" off the screen in full-screen mode. Now it's a five-click process to add a single signature and send a message (right arrow, signature, specific signature, left-arrow, send) versus three (signatures, specific, send).

  20. really expand to full-screen, when outlook window is set as a separate space.

Please expand to full screen when the outlook window is set to expanded mode and set as a operate space. Currently the window leaves a thick empty area at the bottom ( probably the status bar used to sit here previously )
