Favourites for contacts
users could assign certain users to a favourites view. This could be larger tiles of people with greater information and availability info.

Re-add IMAP Directory Search
I no longer have the ability to search our institutional directory. Memorizing 10,000 email addresses or adding them local is pointless, when I have access to a perfectly good IDM system.

Add a Second Line in the Street Address Field in Contacts
Need a second line for entering street addresses to include Suite numbers, Apartment numbers etc. instead of having to add on the first line with a comma separator.

add the column Date Modified for sorting contacts.
When looking at contacts, sorting by Date Modified is very important

Birthdays and anniversaries edited in Gmail contacts do not sync or update in new outlook, contacts calendar does not add edited birthdays.
When I edit birthdays in my gmail account that is an active account in new outlook, the syncing is glitchy. The birthday years are wrong, or the birthdays do not show up at all. The contacts calendar in new outlook does not update with this new information either.

Please make it possible to copy a physical address from a contact!!
In my new Outlook I can't copy more then one line of an address from a contact. Please make it possible to copy the physical address and paste it elsewhere. This was also a mess in old outlook so that you had to have a special button to copy address. People need to do it all the time. Also not all contacts are "People". The name "Contacts" was just fine before. Thank you!

Edit a Outlook contacts icon
I like to be able to edit a Outlook contacts Icon from the current bubble showing their initials to a photo. Currently this feature is not available under the New Outlook for Mac.

in People, when editing profile, having a selection for anniversaries
in People, when editing profile, having a selection for anniversaries. when you select add additional information, the only choices you have are personal web page, business page, child, astrological sign, blood type and interests. there should be an area where you could add and make up your own information. I like to keep track of family anniversaries and there is no place in people that will allow me to add that information.

I suggest you you keep the ability to change type size on all emails that are replied to or forwarded
I get frustrated looking for an old email that has been sent or deleted. Is there anyway to make this easier?

Adding photos to People (contacts) should override the profile portrait on incoming emails
When a new email comes in, it should show with the photo that you've specifically assigned to the contact. I've done this and the photos still show just the user initials, even more confusing if it comes from a company email service that puts the last name first.
Also, the photos seem to work differently on the web then on the apps for iOS/Mac.

Avoid to truncate email address
When we open a contact file it truncates the email address when it is a long one.

Group Notebooks + Meeting Notes
The windows version of outlook with groups has a button to access the group onenote/sharepoint. Also the windows meeting form has a sharepoint meeting notes button that would be appreciated.
