Please expand to full screen when the outlook window is set to expanded mode and set as a operate space. Currently the window leaves a thick empty area at the bottom ( probably the status bar used to sit here previously )2 votes
Note the area at the bottom of Full Screen view is where minimized windows, such as email, events, and contacts, are placed
Please give printing an overhaul too.
Kill the Page Setup menu and make the print dialog work like the default macOS print dialog where the Page Setup settings are in the print dialog.
Perhaps correct scaling of mails could be fixed too. Mails with wide embedded images and some HTML mails, don't scale to fit the page nomatter what we do. The right edge is cut off.
Printing the same mails from Apple Mail woks fine,5 votes
When using Command with + or - it only zooms the reading pane text.
Previously it zoomed all panes.
I am using the Insider Fast Outlook for Mac currently. Version 16.333 votes
Please try “Text display size” setting in Fonts preferences in Outlook preferences
Be able to reduce the whole window to a single pane view listing last 5 emails, next 3 calendar appointments, and month calendar view. Kind of like the right calendar strip with minimized emails at the top1 vote
FOR Exchange Online-backed accounts - would it be possible to allow Outlook to provide the 14-day reminders prior to password expiry?
Our Mac endpoints are not domain-bound and I get frequent requests from end users who don't spend any time in the web applications for a reminder prior to their O365 password expiry.1 vote
Within the help function within outlook, the ability to create multiple reports, i.e. a "new" button in that UI would be useful.
Currently, you can only manage one issue at a time. SO if you have an unresolved issue, you can't report a new one via the in-app reporting. This is suboptimal, especially for those on insider builds.1 vote
I love the new simple UI. Please export to the rest of Office for Mac.3 votes
