Bring feature parity between Outlook for Mac and Windows
So far New Outlook is looking like a skinned version of the current version. This is absolutely not what business users want or need. We need the features that Outlook for Windows has, to be productive in our jobs. This is very frustrating.

Keep this thought in mind..."Apple Can't", the good engineers left a decade ago. This will never happen. Buy a PC. Macs are not for real office workers.

Not sure what features Windows has that MacOS doesn't?
I so agree with this; I run Windows in a VM on my MBP primarily so I can use the advanced functionality in Outlook for Windows. I think MSFT’s perspective on Outlook for Mac is a holdover from like 15-20 years ago when mostly creatives used Macs. That is, MSFT believed creatives don’t need Outlook’s (or Office as a whole’s) advanced functionality, and it seems they’re still taking that approach even though that’s far from the case today. All the other Office for Mac apps seem to effectively now have parity with their Windows counterparts, and I’m not sure why MSFT continues to believe that today’s Outlook for Mac users have much more simplistic needs compared to Outlook for Windows users.
