Add back support for any IMAP Account
As of the June 8, 2020 release you only support Microsoft and Google mail accounts. Seriously? Please add back support for any standard IMAP account. This change makes this Mac version pretty much useless if you don't have one of those mail accounts.

J’ai bien compris que le nouvel outlook ne prenait pas en charge les comptes IMAP/POP/Exchange. Le seront-ils prochainement et quand ?

I use this software for my business and I have to change my e-mail solution to something else and probably will stop my O365 subscription for 10 people if IMAP is not available in the new Outlook for Mac. Supporting this thread for a long time and also sent messages when switching back from the new to the old outlook.
This feature was in the new outlook already and was removed at some point. Why does it take you 6 months (or even another 6 months from today) to add this back? What is the ETA for this fix?

An ETA would be very appreciated. The new Outlook looks great but my institution forces to use imap.

Hope this is resolved soon. The value for this subscription is significantly diminished without being able to use all my email accounts in one place. In the meantime, I'll go back to the old Outlook.

How many more people need to vote or post new comments here to get this sorted? No, seriously?

Does anyone on the MS team read these messages? How come that you released an update and IMAP was not supported? I have my business email connected to Outlook. Are you guys working to restore IMAP starting from June 2020?

the new look isnt giving me access to:
- shared calendars
- shared mailboxesThis is a massive limitation so I have to switch back to the old look. Can you pls send me a notification when both these issues have been resolved? thanks

I use yahoo as my person account, gmail for my formal personal account, and outlook for my work account so that i can keep them all separate and organized. Please add back yahoo support.

Please include support for IMAP accounts. Outlook will be kind of useless to me without this

Come On Dev Team...Working on it since 31. July 2020 and we are now into December 2020...that's 6 months for developing imap and pop support. Is it only me or is 6 moths for this a long time?
For me the update will be useless since my business mail is not connected to Office 365 or Google. Then I'm back to using OSX Mail instead.
Also hope that they include support for icloud so that contacts, mail and calender will work.

Is it Microsoft? One of the great software-players worldwide? Outlook without IMAP is useless for me, so I can't test the new Outlook.
You are "working on it" since July. Is the true?🤯 -

What is the ETA on this? Completely useless upgrade without support for IMAP and POP.

The new version don’t support the POP and IMAP accounts. It is not possible, I absolutely need this, otherwise I don’t want and I cannot use 365 new version program.
I hope you will adjust the new version. -

This is not funny anymore. Please add support for IMAP/POP3.

This has got to be the singularly most useless update ever. I have multiple imap email accounts and 1 pop email account that I use for business. Not being able to use them makes me wonder why Microsoft even bothered. It's like giving you a cow and a spoon and telling you that dinner is ready.

No Imap support - its not acceptable, and shows disregard for the paying users. When will this functionality be restored please?
