Add back support for any IMAP Account
As of the June 8, 2020 release you only support Microsoft and Google mail accounts. Seriously? Please add back support for any standard IMAP account. This change makes this Mac version pretty much useless if you don't have one of those mail accounts.

Not having the option to add business accounts not supported with Microsoft and Google is a shame and likes this new Outlook out of date and proper use. The new look and improvements to the outlook experience with Mac are useless if you don't have one of those mail accounts. Please bring back the good experience of having all email accounts in one outlook app.

My mail provider is using Microsoft Exchange 2016 and in addition. I use Apple iCloud and Yahoo. You need to include for these formats including support for contacts and calendar from these mails too. Until this is done, your new Outlook is useless to me. Microsoft Exchange is first priority

I will not use the new Outlook until you support IMAP. I've had my own domain email address for 15+ years. Why would you release a product that doesn't support IMAP. Really BAD decision making there. Please support IMAP!

This is disgraceful, no support for IMAP or POP3... you should be ashamed!!
Totally and utterly incomprehensible.

Only be able to use gmail and outlook accounts is useless! we need to be able to select our own IMAP/SMTP accounts

all the email accounts I use are IMAP/POP accounts - so why doesn't the message to upgrade give people the warning that only certain accounts are supported. I'm not sure what sense it makes to push the benefits of a new version only to immediately disappoint users and thereby make us less likely to revisit this upgrade until there are assurances it actually works.

No IMAPS? I have multiple emails that are IMAP from various clients and now I can't use Outlook anymore. Are you serious, Microsoft? I'll have to cancel my subscription if we can't use POP/IMAP. That is a foundational requirement!

Need IMAP/POP accounts asap. This is a MUST!

I will not use the new version until iMap accounts are supported. Been using Outlook -- both PC and Mac -- for many years. By supporting only Office 365 or Google you make it pretty useless since I won't be able to set up my personal account.

Are you kidding me, MS produced a version that does not support IMAP and .mac/.me accounts? Why would they even do something that stupid?

I agree with the comments that not having IMAP support will prevent me from using the new Outlook for Mac. Please update with IMAP support soon. When can we expect a release ?

Now I can not use the new Outlook without going back to the old version. I have multiple email accounts, Exchange, IMAP/POP, and Google that I use daily and need access to round the clock. Please encourage the development team to update the new platform to accept IMAP/POP and Exchange accounts. ASPA

For 30 yrs. I've had a personal IMAP/POP account. Now I can not use the new Outlook without going back to the old version. I have multiple email accounts, Exchange, Office 365, and Google that I use daily. Please encourage the development team to update the new platform to accept IMAP/POP accounts. I will use a different client based mail program so I can access all of my accounts in one place. Thanks

Please add in support for IMAP, It is my business email. Outlook is useless without it. I will have to switch to another program if you go to this new Outlook and not support IMAP

THAT SHOULD BE ENGINEERS, they are users who program such programs that go back 10 years
