support contacts folders
i organize my contacts in folders. they are accessible from windows and web, they were acessible from old outlook on mac. they should be available also on ney outlook for mac
Agreed with everything that has been posted in the last quarters: this feature is definitely a Must have for the new version. No doubt. On another note, I've been unable to vote in favour of its development... Transmission is impossible once fields completed.

Folders are a needed feature
Problème sur la nouvelle version d'Outlook mac impossible d'accéder aux groupes de contact partagé
Can't see folders and other adress books in new version of Outllok Mac.
We really need this, we have developped scripted sync to one of those sub folders

Users of Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM, like us, can only sync their CRM contacts to the "primary contacts folder" in Outlook, It is a sheer must to support multiple contact folders, to manage and sync contact data according to proper business and data protection processes. A mix of data in one folder would end up in a mess. Please add support for multiple contact folders in "the new Outlook"!
I use separate folders for my business, personal and family contacts. All 3 folders showed in the Old O365 Outlook for Mac. They no longer appear in the "NEW" outlook. Seems like a basic feature that should still be there.
I use the 'automatic fill' for contacts (when I type a name it automatically comes up). This appears to no longer be possible with the 'new' outlook version - I shall now go back, reluctantly, to the 'old' version, hoping this feature will be enabled in the near future.

We sync contacts from our CRM to its own folder, not the main 'Contacts' folder. The New Outlook does not show that folder. It only shows the 'Contacts' folder. I've had to switch back to the old Outlook view so I can access those contacts.
