It is a common practice in my office to attach emails. We do this all the time. But the lack of this feature in Outlook for Mac forces me to use my wife's Windows PC in order to be able to see these attachments. This feature should not even be under review, and should be implemented right away.

Many of the users in my company still use Windows devices, while our development team have been provided Macs. The users on Windows commonly export emails as the .msg file type to attach them to tickets. Not being able to read these files in the Outlook for Mac causes us to lose out on a lot of context and information for tickets.

The lack of solid/long standing features from Windows still missing in the Mac Outlook are shocking...not like they are trying to mirror a competitors product/reinvent the wheel. They have the source code. Just get some people to port it.
