Move the send button to the top bar
It would be helpful to either completely move, or at least add a send button to the top bar when composing an email. When all of the actions except send are at the top it seems quite odd and confusing to have to go to the very bottom to actually send a message. Another idea is to possibly shrink the composure box so it isn't so far away.

This is a huge navigation issue with the updated screens.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Please make this change in an upcoming release. It's not intuitive at all for the send button to be at the bottom of the screen. Move it to the top next to the options for signature, attachments, etc.

I like the ability to customize the toolbar, however, I feel like it is lacking in the options, namely:
- New Message (Yes, I know 'New X' is in the top left, but why can't I have it where all of my action items are?)
- New X, allow me to create a discrete icon for each 'New' item type (Message, Meeting, etc.)
- Rules Shortcut
- Send (I would rather have a universal toolbar that had all of my icons and only had the activated ones that pertained to the context I am in as opposed to certain options disappearing in specific contexts.)
- Allow user to see what type of toolbar options there are without being in that context first. (I.e. Not knowing that toolbar could be customized depending on what you are doing in Outlook.)
P.S. Love the dark mode!
Note: Outlook for Mac v16.33 (19112700) opted in to the 'New Outlook'
Absolutely!! I was just coming here to suggest that, so glad to see that someone else mentioned it! It would indeed be much more convenient to move the "Send" and "Discard" buttons back to the top. Another User Story to add to the backlog!
Currently Send button is at the bottom of the message. For some reason it seems more natural to have it at the top. Maybe make a setting to let users choose?

move the send box to the top of the email, instead of the bottom
When using 'the new Outlook for Mac' and sending / replying the 'Send' button is at the very bottom of the editor.
On large screens that's quite a way to go, especially if you only have short mails.
Personally, I would love to be able to decide if the button should appear on top or bottom.
Currently, when replying to an email, the send button is all the way at the bottom of the screen. This is counterintuitive since your reply is at the top of the pane and you need to mouse all the way down to the bottom of the page.

Would it be possible to have a way for customizing the send button's location? I prefer mine on the top of the screen. Thank you

Send and Discard message were moved to the bottom only. I see no way to add them to the top of the message. This should at least be an option. Thanks.
The SEND / DISCARD button in new email pane at the bottom is not intuitive. Every time I look at it on the top part of the pane and I realise that it is at the bottom
The commands to send the email I am writing, or discard are now at the bottom Please put them back at the top where they have always been, and are in Apple mail, etc.
Please place the "Send" & "Discard" buttons on top of the screen together with all the other buttons/options

It is not logical to have it at the bottom.

the send button is at the bottom of the email, will be great if we can have it back at the top.

When creating a new mail message in "New Outlook", the new message opens "inline" where previews are normally displayed. This is fine, but the Send and Discard buttons are located all the way at the bottom of the screen and are pretty hard to find. Would be really nice to move them to the top, or make them somehow easier to find.

Move the SEND/DISCARD buttons for inline reply up. The buttons on the bottom took me a bit to find. The original contents of the message I'm replying to are below my response, and then the send buttons below that. I'd want the send buttons to either be below my response, or near the top of the message.

The Send button should be moved to the top of the window so the it's a shorter travel with the mouse pointer from the typed text to the button itself.
