Need more customization of column widths
Right now all the panes are quite large. Right now I pretty much have to use Outlook full screen if I want to get the folder list, message list, message body, and My Day all on the screen without having to do a ton of scrolling left and right on the message. Not sure if this should be fixed with the ability to change the font size in the folder list, auto-resize the calendar widget as we shrink the column size, a combination of those, something.
Agree. Previously I set the right edge of the folder column at the folder names, saved over an inch of screen real estate. Perhaps if the favorite icons would appear in the collapsed view, that would also help.

Repeat here, since New Outlook is now being pushed to prod customers like myself, that the left pane is wasting a huge amount of real estate. It can be collapsed or made bigger, but not smaller. The rep recommended I go back to Old Outlook until this bug is fixed, which I will.

Especially since the Mac does not have any kind of touch interface to worry about, we need to be able to shrink things like the sidebar. But right now, the minimum width of the calendar makes that impossible. Same with the folder list when in calendar view.
