Implement web's reading pane
Outlook for Web condenses the conversation nicely; expanding only the most recent message and giving a preview of the others. You can then expand each previous message separately if you need more context.
I LOVE the Outlook web app and want it as a native macOS app.

Currently you can view all the emails for a conversation grouped and click on individual ones in the sidebar to see the contents. It would be more helpful if opening a conversation shows a single thread with each reply just like the mobile app does.
Please implement a conversation view as on Outlook web. It's much cleaner to look at and helps focus on the current message with no thread mess below (unless you need to look for details in older messages).
I'm surprised it's not present in the new Outlook as basically every other mail app has this today, including your own on other platforms (iOS, web..).
Outlook online let's you see all messages in a thread in one single view in reverse chronological order .. so when you scroll back up you see the whole conversation. It's the single thing that stops me loving the desktop app (and the web app doesn't have offline yet).
Please can we have this option on desktop?
