List of recently used folders for Move
Please restore the list of recently used folders that drops down from the Move folder. If I have to manually choose a folder every time I click that button, it's actually easier to drop the email to a folder in the sidebar.

The Move button should have the 10 most recent folders used available in the drop down. This was the case in the several previous versions of Outlook.
When right clicking on a message and selecting Move, It brings up a dialog box where the user must type the name of a folder. This becomes extremely tedious very quickly when you need to move many messages a day.
Instead, it should do two things:
1) Bring up the folder tree where the folder can be selected
2) Remember the last folder that something was moved to.
Thunderbird does this very well.
I also use this feature with keyboard shortcuts to sort messages without using the mouse. Very productive. I can't use the New Outlook which is great without this feature.
1. support Quick Steps
2. support recent folders to be shown when moving an email

When moving a message to a folder, before it was remembering our previous used folders, this feature is now gone and it was very useful.
In the move to a folder, the new outlook doesn't keep the history list of folders anymore. This was in the past version, which is very handy to move mails to folders you are frequently using. Now you always need to type the folder name again. Time consuming and not helpfull. That is the reason why I will move back to the old look and feel
In the "old" Outlook when moving emails from inbox to another folder, there was a list of folders that were used recently. Now the list is gone causing the need to always type the name of the folder. Please add this feature again.

Totally agree, love the new look but this is a real productivity killer.
I agree 100%. I also don't want to see "Sent items" in my conversations or at least the ability to turn it off. I also would like the ability to turn on/off the reply to all defaulting to inside the preview. Would rather it default to pop out.
I totally agree. This is a feature that keeps me choosing old Outlook. (I wonder would it be possible also to move folders between accounts. I have both O365 account and gmail account and quite often there are messages I would like to archive certain messaged to certain folder even if they are from different account.

I used this feature multiple times every day. This is important enough to me that I will likely turn off the "new outlook" - even though I really like the rest of it.

Even better ... The above AND when you Move a message, it should always remember to which folder you last moved messages from that conversation or user, and offer that as the first suggestion. That would be a massive efficiency gain.

When moving messages, please keep the last ten folders visible in the dialog box. In previous versions of the Outlook client, the prior ten folders (I believe) were ready for quick selection. Due to the nature of my job I have hundreds of folders and am moving messages all day long. Often the conversations would be with the same customers throughout the day, so having those ten prior folders made it quick to move messages. As it is in the new version today, it's going to decrease my productivity in managing my email.
