Turn Off Focused View
From Outlook product group - Will polish up the UX, but for now - tools > accounts and you can turn it on or off per account
--- Original description below ---
In the New Outlook for Mac, please allow us to turn off the Focused view. That doesn't seem to be an option. I receive so many emails that I end up working from the Focused screen and never remember to look over at Other. That means that important emails not yet flagged for Focused view go Unread and unanswered. So it is important to me to turn off Focused view.

In the latest build, you can now use “Sort Messages into Focused and Other” setting under Focused Inbox in Reading preferences in Outlook preferences

Switching Focused mode (useless and distractive) off should in the View menu.

also, how about a way to just show me all of my email in my email reader. a cool feature would just be a view that showed me email that was sent to me without having to toggle back and forth between 'tabs'. so yeah - email client that shows me all my emails. thanks.
