  1. Agenda panel below reading pane

When the outlook window is resized to half of my screen width, it is hard to fit the "agenda" panel onto the screen. An option to display it horizontally below the reading pane would be nice. Something like this:

  2. Change the way rules are setup

Previous version you could click on an email and setup a rule using the mail email address. Now you have to type in the email and all of the other details.

Previous way was slicker and easier to use

  4. have a reply and delete original message button. ALL IN ONE

90% OF THE THE time you hit reply and you want to then delete the email that you are replaying to. So have a new button called reply and delete. And have it then delete the message you are replying to.

  7. Meetings subject edit

I have a VM with outlook for windows to have access to this feature.
I prefer to rename subjects of meeting with special words to easily know for which customer is the appointment.

  8. Make the my day tab open smaller at the side of the page.

It used to take up a small part of the right-hand side of the display, however now whenever it opens it takes up half of my display, shrinking the tab in the middle for reading emails. I never felt the need to move it around before, but now i have to drag it around to a usable size every time i open outlook. I have a screenshot if the devs want to see what I mean.

  9. stop the **** double-spacing. Seriously - it's a deal killer. And it's ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed....yet.

  10. Not able to add new events to calendar in latest slow release version

After I have Outlook open for a few minutes and go to my mailbox and work on some emails, when I go back to my calendar I'm unable to to add any new events. The New Event button is greyed out and I can't right click on the calendar to add a new event. I need to close the app down and reopen OR click on an existing calendar event to modify it then close it, to be able to add events to my calendar again. This just started happening with the latest update to 16.42(20101102)

  11. Stop the development and modernise the existing outlook

It took me a second to see that this development is a waste of time. 3 of my 4 accounts could not be used with the new outlook and that being 3 different type of accounts:
    - google with an external email address
    - exchange account of one of my offices
    - imap account.
As it seems you have no employees with knowledge about the needs of your customers nor empathy for what could be the needs, it seems someone must teach you:
    1. imap and pop accounts are essential. Users on lower budget, large families, small enterprises have the…
