Add back support for any IMAP Account
As of the June 8, 2020 release you only support Microsoft and Google mail accounts. Seriously? Please add back support for any standard IMAP account. This change makes this Mac version pretty much useless if you don't have one of those mail accounts.

Column headers in "new outlook"
Have an option to keep column headers in the inbox persistent rather than have to hover over them to show (to/from/sent/subject, etc) and also have the ability to add/remove columns
443 votesThank you for all the feedback on this topic.
We are making a change soon to always show column headers and are also investigating why column header widths are not persisting over Outlook re-starts.

Fix ICS importing in "New Outlook"
I attempted to import an ICS file in New Outlook. I get a view of the calendar item, but no way to "save" it to my calendar. Also, if i "edit" the calendar item, I then get a "Save" button but saving the item doesn't actually reflect on the calendar in "New Outlook". Had to switch back to old outlook to see the item.

Bring back support for delegated accounts.
Previous delegated mailboxes (or shared mailboxes not sure what you call them) could be added to Outlook and would show up as additional mailboxes.
With new Outlook these mailboxes no longer appear.
It would be great if you bring them back. :)

End meetings early (25m / 50m)
Add support to end appointments & meetings early (25m / 50m) so you have time to prepare for the next meeting. Already supported by Outlook for Windows: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/schedule-a-meeting-with-other-people-5c9877bc-ab91-4a7c-99fb-b0b68d7ea94f

Tag search items in command-control-F advanced search as currently VoiceOVer only says edit text when tabbing between items.
Currently have to use VoiceOver previous item / next item while adding search terms. When hitting tab, VoiceOver should announce the search field one is adding terms too.
