Should be an option to just delete a message forever without having to purge a bunch later to get rid of them. Once I delete something it means I don't want it any more.

Very confusing way to delete attached documents, and also to havinf to Inboxes (priority and others) is a double view for the user

Currently no function to Move (or file) individual emails if they're in conversation format.

I use outlook to view all my emails from different email accounts. In previous ver, I can easily switch my email ID for the outgoing msgs, but this functionality seems gone. Why?

And even I have added back my other emails accounts, I can't view the exact email ID I am using in sending out emails. What an extreme inconvenience!

New colours and design are too over the top. Keep it clean and simple, and make sure we know when a message begins and ends - then highlight the next one as distinct from it. Current view, at a glance, looks busy because there are no clear visual markers.

new folder should be easier to setup for new contacts. I added a new contact & cannot get it into a folder to move mail to?

When you replay to a previuos mail and open the folder of the "Sent Mail" you don't see the last mail sent, but you have to exit from the Outlook section (for example opening the Calender or other section and then reopen the mail one).

Is there a way to show that messages are from a connected accounts ? I have outlook, personal gmail, company gmail and private address connected and all showing mail in one combined mailbox. The old version showed a list of all emails and at the far right hand side had a different color automatically added so I could differentiate between the accounts. The beat does not do this please bring it back

Customizable layout - would be nice to be able to drop and drag panels to customize your view preference. Similar to having widgets that can be customized or moved around.

Where did the "Has Attachment" option and date filter go from the search bar?

Please enable the possibility to keep flagged messages on top. Possibly let the user select how many flagged messages should always appear on top.

Please make the "search" more robust when I'm looking for a specific date range....When I'm on vacation or away from my laptop, upon my return, I want to search by a specific date and/or time range....If I ask for 7/1/2017, then I only want emails from that date.....

The previous version of Outlook allowed you to scan a page of emails then select delete all and it would select all visible emails, read or unread. The beta version selects all the emails in the Junk folder. This makes it difficult to scan for valid emails when I receive several hundred truly junk emails for one or two important emails that I need to received and read. Delete All page by page makes it more manageable to clean out the Junk Folder without missing non-spam

Can you enable the search box to filter by date, whether it contains attachments, etc.? The option is not visible in the search box.

When selecting and deselecting for instance a X to close out a menu, window etc or selecting buttons there is noticeable lag. If you design this interface to be fast on even the slowest of devices then it should be fast on fast devices.

Aside adding folders, it would be great if I can:
- define my own hierarchy for all folders in the folder list;
- arrange/sort my own order of folders in the folder list,
independent of any pre-set settings of Outlook.

I marked several emails with a color. It could be cool to find them all in a folder.

When moving an email to a folder, my finger slipped and it landed in Drafts instead. But I can't get it out of there since Drafts no longer gives me the option to move an email anywhere. Very annoying. Please fix. Thank you.
