Confusing stringing all my email together, please stop messing about with a format that has worked for years. Over complicating things again
Stop over complicating something that is easy, an inbox and sent items, stop linking stuff together, its so annoying! All I'd like to do is put things in folders and search for things, like outlook used to be, you search for a person or a term and it would find people or emails containing that item. Why do you have to over complicate it? I really don't like it, the idea of having to do yet another IT course for something I've done for years is really putting me off IT, you're not making things easy at all.
