Allow Rules to Apply to Junk Mail Folder
Please allow rules to apply to the emails that land in the Junk Mail Folder. There are each day scores or hundreds of emails that ALL contain the same text that are obviously junk and that a simple Rule could easily permanently delete. Unfortunately rules only run on emails to my inbox. So the only way to auto flush these emails is to allow them to go direct to my inbox?! Crazy.

Ditto. I get enough mail in the junk folder that it makes it difficult to scan the junk list for miscategorized mail after just a few hours. A few simple filters (for "cialis" and "viagra", basically) that delete email before it even goes to junk woild reduce the number of messages 10x in my case, and I created such filters, but they don't seem to apply to mail that lands in junk folder in the first place. Lame.
