  1. Security issue which is not even existed

    My account@live.com, each time i open it as usual and normal people, it will say in a message: Microsoft: تم تغيير كلمة مرور ab*****@live.com. ليس أنت؟ https://accouel... and force me to change the password each time; so please if you can make me sign in like a normal person without any of this problems which aren't even existed. Thank you

  5. I clocked on opt out for cookies etc but your app did t save. Seems disingenuous to say the very least!

    I opted out of cookies etc using the toggle buttons but there was no SAVE button. Are you trying to fool people?

  8. Broken link?

    I keep getting emails with password reset codes though I have not requested them. Then when I go to customer service the bot gives me a link to email an actual person.... however, when I click the link it takes me to my inbox instead of to compose mail and filling in the address (as I figure the link was supposed to do.) So I have no way of getting ahold of tech support to figure out why I keep getting these emails. (Using Galaxy s9)

  10. Bug: Some messages revert to unread

    Certain messages keep reverting back to an unread state from a read one when using the Edge browser on iPhone, and switching from the inbox to another folder and back or closing the browser and reopening or signing out and back in. This seems to always happen with the same specific messages and from different senders: Microsoft, Norton, WordPress, etc. I even tried deleting Edge and reinstalling to start fresh. This only happens with a relatively few number of messages, so far.

    Every 3 to 4 WEEKS, Past 3 to 4 months, I am blocked out by hot nail. It says that I am violating my terms of usage, which I don’t understand since I only receive emails and send a couple emails each month. But I have to go through this very tedious and time-consuming, and very frustrating process in which I have to change my email, and then after successfully signing in, and prompted to have a confirmation code sent to a tpast 3 to 4 months, I am blocked out by Hotmail.   13. When an email is formatted big and it forces you to scroll side to side, the swipe function to go to the previous email does not work.

    Swipe to the next older email does not work when the email is wide enough to force scrolling. Swipe to the next newer email still works though.

  14. Security concerns contact

    I've received notifications on my recovery account that indicate someone is trying to reset my password (not me). The first time, I tried and failed to find anyway to alert Microsoft to the issue. I changed my password to a more difficult one. Again today, I have had another email to my back-up email with a code to reset my password. Clearly someone is trying to hack my account, but there is no way to alert Microsoft to the problem or see if there are any suspicious attempted logins (different locations/ devices etc.).

    Would really appreciate some help with this.…

  20. Hate new system

    The new system doesn’t work. I can’t view emails and can’t delete emails. Have followed all ‘advice’ to do so and still rubbish.
    I want the old one back please. ASAP
    The fact you are making it so hard to actually get help is a sad indictment of your customer care! I have no access to a computer so it seems I don’t deserve to be able to ask for help! Crazy and very unfair
