  1. Not receiving emails

    Hi, I set up an email for my daughter. I can log into it without difficulty however no emails are being received. None are in the junk folder either. Not sure why? Help would be much appreciated.

  4. Fix broken inbox

    Since last update when you delete from inbox those emails just keep coming back, repeatedly, and when you delete them they don't show up in deleted posts. Soon I will have 100s of unwanted emails clogging up my inbox. Help!

  5. Go to app development school instead of shooting from the hip

    Changing the mobile Outlook so swiping left deleted stuff instead of right is what we call a **** move. The changes should be intuitive.

  7. Je n'arrive pas à supprimer un email

    Bonjour,
    J'ai importé des mails depuis Gmail et maintenant j'ai un mail dans ma boîte de réception avec un message disant qu'il n'a pas pu être envoyé et je ne peux ni le déplacer ni le supprimer. Il revient tout le temps dans la boîte de réception.
    Sauriez-vous comment faire pour m'en débarrasse ?

  11. Delete mail by sender

    I have eleven thousand plus emails on my page. I would love to be able to search for one of the stupid things I'm subscribed to and delete every single email they have ever sent me. (Not just the first 25 that are selected when you search and then hit select all) like Safeway for instance who I want to receive emails from but every email prior to last week they've ever sent me is completely useless to me I don't need ones from January still in my box and they are still in my inbox right now.   12. Send Info Note

    Suggestion -- send a note to all email addresses, referring to the Settings icon (when you click on the Menu stripes at Top Left). This may help to address many of the concerns raised, thus prevent them getting raised as complaints, thus having your rollout look (and be) better received. And also include a link for listing (& description) of some if the new "hidden" features (such as, "long click on a message to then see the option for checkbox, to then move or delete"). Thanks for considering it.

  15. When i click menu at top to mark email not junk, the menu should appear at top, not bottom.

    I shouldn't have to go to the very top to get the menu button, then have to go to the bottom to click one of the menu choices.

  16. Reporting fraudulent email addresses instead of just sending emails to junk

    I want to be able to report an email address, to a service at Outlook that investigates why it’s platform is being used for fraudulent actions, instead of just sending to junk. If the Junk folder was any good, I wouldn’t have to empty it every week.
    I got a belter of a fraud attempt today from a regular outlook address.

  19. I have to use Task Manager to close iTunes on my HP Elitebook

    I'm not sure why it would be like verify icloud when it's my Edge Computer Microsoft it's too complicated
