My idea has to do with the fact that Microsoft Outlook e-mail is too complicated with its waiting time for accessing altered security contact information. I accidentally signed in with Google from an Amazon Fire tablet that created a whole new myfirerls@gmail.com Microsoft Outlook e-mail account that I do not want and need. I was trying to change my security contact alternate e-mail address information for my richard-c-jr@outlook.com account. It has an erroneus tesia@sissify.com or sensia@sissify.com e-mail address that no longer works because the Sissify Femail system went out of business.
