Microsoft need to do something about the ridiculously high hack attempts on accounts per month.
Something needs to be done about the insane number of hack attempts on users accounts per month. Yet again this month there were 54 attempts to hack mine and yet zero correspondence from Microsoft until after that. With absolutely no help as to what Microsoft are going to do about it.
Contacting support is useless if I can even get an email address to contact you I then just get a generic email telling me to use the getting started page which I had to use to email you in the first place!
This is the second month in a row and it was not resolved because you closed the case before I received your email asking me to respond!
