Allow users the option to use the desktop version from their phone
Please add an option to view a desktop version from my smartphone. I don’t have a laptop or desktop anymore & have to go to the library to use the desktop version for me to delete folders since there’s also no way to delete folders in my profile using my phone any longer.

The older desk top version on my phone was so much better.
I can't Access my account details
Can’t add folders with my mobile app to organize all the emails I’m getting from different groups.
You’ve supposedly been working on this for 6 months, when you actually had to force the website to do this awful behaviour in the first place... hugely disappointing Microsoft. If you haven’t implemented all desktop features in the mobile version of the site (you are a looooong way from doing so) then let me choose if I want to use desktop mode!
Or stop sending me emails stating above!!
Thanks(Edited by admin)

I want to recover an accidentally VITAL deleted email from less then a month ago but do not own a desktop, only own a mobile and PS3. So now I'm out of luck ??
Agree to prefer using the desktop option on my phone (for consistency sake, and prefer the format, mobile version isn't as smooth, its like it has bubbles, instead of lines of text, with easily understood options, instead hidden)
It's easy, there are several things that you can't do on mobile version
Plain and simple it just makes no sense to me. It worked fine the way it was for several years, I see no improvement as a matter of fact it's more of a hassle now where there was no hassle before
Exactly Amber. Couldn't have said it better.
The priority seems to be on presenting pretty corporate logos.
My inbox has thousands of emails that would be better filed away but it is a hassle.

They could use you.
I really do not like this mobile app. I would like very much to simply go back to the desktop version that works so well for me.
Last night my email on my phone miraculously changed, for the worse am I able to get it back or will I have to change email services? There are things missing that I found useful and things found that I find to be frou-frou
a comment somewhere here was answered by Microsoft service or Outlook service or whatever it is says to toggle the switch back and if I don't have this which I'm using the old Outlook well I don't have the old Outlook and I don't have the switch and I don't like the new system. Please don't "improve" things simply to justify one's job or to enhance one's resume.
I see no improvement and plenty of hindrances.
