Update mobile site responsiveness for basic email functionalities for most popular browsers.
The outlook mobile site still lags heavily no matter the browser being used to access outlook. On my Galaxy Note 9, when I tap to send an email, 50% of the time nothing happens for 10-30 seconds. No animation, no popup, no notifications.
Obviously as a user, I automatically keep tapping send until the window changes back to the folder I was previously on. This happens on all browsers I use (chrome, Samsung Internet), even Edge for Android. I only downloaded Edge expecting a smoother Outlook mobile experience for work, and it's just as clunky on the Edge browser too. Also when I select multiple emails to move/delete, half the time as I scroll down to select older emails, the initial emails I already checked automatically uncheck themselves. That's very frustrating and unproductive.
The outlook app on the play store, isn't that much better either to use. I ran into the same problems as I did on the mobile site, whether I'm using Beta or not. Gmail mobile site responds almost instantly no matter if I'm on the app, or mobile site.
I don't understand how MS has been ignoring slow responsiveness on their own email program for years. This same issues also happened when I tried the mobile site on my Google Pixel 3 with chrome browser, firefox mobile, and Edge. It's ridiculous.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We fully understand the issue you’re pointing out and we are considering building animations to increase the responsiveness of the site.

Please implement the old transition animation of outlook into outlook beta. The old one is more responsive than outlook beta.
