Im pretty sure that Samsungs takeover has olcked me out of my lsotop for two mos.
Samsung's new ways have made it impossible for me to sign in on my new ASUS LAPTOP. I've changed passwords on all three of my accounts yet still it's been inaccessible for two and a half months. What's up and how can I get free help? I've got Samsung products all over my house yet I cannot figure out the password to my newly purchased ASUS. How about giving me a call....we'll talk and fix this please. Now that's excellent customer service. I'm sure your company will still be going strong long after I'm gone but I love my laptop experience and I'm 60 and aging daily won't you please help me with this...im stuck.
