It's block my email
It's said that my email.was use to send jspam and I just open it and nobody has access

Yes that happened to me 2 weeks ago.
All was good, then it said I was sending out too much spam!! Like yourself.
I was locked out and had to follow a link to get back in that kept saying come back tomorrow every time I tried to use it!!!
Eventually I got in touch with outlook customer services.
My account is now open again though the only email I receive is either from ouook or Microsoft and the advertiser at the top everyday.
I have not had an email since 20th April 2019
Its what you call BL.... FRUSTRATING!!!
Anyone any ideas to get back into my account and receive emails or do I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!
I hope the lady above managed to get her account sorted.
