Not junk: email going to junk folder when it shouldn't
Every time I get an email from work it goes straight to my junk mail folder. No matter how many times I move them to my inbox it’s not changing. This never used to happen, how do I change it?

Ditto...big time. I just have to remember to check it every time I look at the inbox. It's like having two email clients
I agree, this is a real pain and there is no option to disable junk filter

How many times do I have to report the same sender in my junk mail as that message not junk?
I am certain I keep having to report the same fckinh messages as not spam. Yet they still arrive in my spam when I receive future email from sender.

My emails are going into the junk folder and there is no indication until I refresh it at the junk folder. Only then I find my emails there.
Legitamite emails are being directed to junk mail. I have lost 3 orders due to not receiving emails in my inbox, (focused or other)

I move something to junk folder and the next time it is sent it shows up in my inbox again
It is implied that the feedback should be in the form of an idea. So here is a clarification to Outlook programmers: The IDEA all of us users have, is for junk to be placed in the junk folder, and important mails to be placed in the inbox. If the automatic filter is not able to do that 100% (which is understandable), the user should be able to CHOOSE which sender/domain is junk and which is not. Doesn’t that sound like a great idea?! :-)
Nearly every business email from a custom domain ends up in the spam folder, and marking them legitimate is useless and doesn't whitelist them. This is the worst webmail for spam filtering.

My inbox is filled with emails that should be going straight to spam and my spam folder is filled with not spam emails. Can't you create a button or link that allows me to automatically add email addresses to a safe list so they don't end up in spam and Im not missing deals or potential clients....

When viewing emails within the Spam folder we have the option to mark the email 'It's Not Spam'. When we do so, especially for multiple emails from the same sender, they should be noted that future emails from these senders should automatically go into the Inbox. This function should also work in reverse when we mark multiple & similar emails as Junk. Constantly fishing around the Spam box for emails I'd marked numerously as Not Spam is annoying.
Your junk mail filter is atrocious. I have so many emails go straight to my junk folder that aren’t junk - from my financial institutions, subscriptions, service providers (electricity), friends and today an email from my doctor, who I have received emails from and written to many times. Sometimes I receive emails in my inbox from an address and then other times it goes to junk. Other emails go to my inbox that are clearly phishing, it’s clear from the email address.
To add addresses to my safe senders list requires me to login on a PC, which I pretty much never have the opportunity to do.
It’s 2020 - why has junk mail filtering gone backwards? Either sort out the filtering or make it easier to add to safe senders list from mobile.

******** Microsoft emaild I need are going to junk and there is no way on a phone to stop this.
there needs to be a button that marks the sender as not junk so it quits going to junk mail. I tried putting sender as vip and it still goes to junk mail!
All my importnat emails are going to junk.
My renewal for I insurance
My daughters daycare
And today my reminder for a Uc meeting.
Why is this happening and why are you letting endless spam go into my new folder.
I'm missing important emails and being bombarded with junk.
