Not receiving emails
Hi, I set up an email for my daughter. I can log into it without difficulty however no emails are being received. None are in the junk folder either. Not sure why? Help would be much appreciated.

Prior 1 October 2019, I do not receive any update emails (with domain mail.pageuppeople.com) from the employers who are using PageUp People as their Job Application solution. However, after 1 October 2019, I no longer receive any update emails from those employers listed below, even I log onto the system and click Email application, I do not receive any emails from the system. They are all using the server dc2 as shown below.
However, I am still able to receive update emails from the following employers who are using PageUp People with server dc5.
There is no problem when using Gmail, I hope Microsoft can fix the problem.

Whatever you did for outlook to my computer, pleasee change in back. I am in trouble. I have not received any emails since Oct 4th when you change or update the outlook program. I can send out email, but cannot receive mail. This happens to all my email acount. I am really in trouble. It has damaged by business. Please act fast!!!.

Same here, some emails are blocked and don't get to my inbox at all (and it's such messages like info from university or replies to my emails!). It really undermines my trust to the service (and can lead me to some trouble eventually).
What is more frustrating, the scam mails fr 'nigerians princes' hops into my priority inbox with ease.
Please, just pass to me all my mails and let me decide what to do with it (maybe just tag as dangerous some of them, if you feel the need for it)

my company is currently using webmail server with own domain to send info and updates to our client. We been experiencing issues such as hotmail/outlook client cant receive email from our server. We suspect it was block by spam filtering system, is there any ways for google to remove us from spam list? We are not doing email spamming to selling or advertising, we just use email to deliver updates to our clients. our email is firstname.lastname@example.org . If you need our company details to verify, we will be happy to cooperate thank you

For the past 3days I have not been receiving e-mails and this has never happened before so I am not sure what the problem is. Could someone please advise me on what I need to do? Thank you
I’ve become aware of emails not getting to my account. Correct address. Not in my junk folder. Where are the missing emails?
