Sorry that I need to recover my outlook email fan.siaoping@outlook.com that has been denied my ownership despite all relevant provided. It's mostly unfair and not suitable as Microsoft great reputation.

The mobile app allows me to compose emails but the "send" arrow in the upper right hand corner is grayed out, so I'm not able to send them.
I can save the draft and send them without problem from my laptop. The app needs to work, as well. -
