I am trying to access my other outlook account and it won't let me because it's saying there's suspicious activity on my account because I forgot my password... But I remembered it, and I put in the password and now it's saying I'm locked out of the account and I don't have the same cellphone number so I tried to do it the other way and I did everything it said but it says I didn't answer the questions good enough so it won't give me the code but I don't use it to send emails or anything like that it's just for my Microsoft account for my PlayStation account so I can't answer any of those questions... But I need to get into my Microsoft account so I can get into my PlayStation Network account. So I would much appreciate it if you could help me or make it easier to access my account. I have all the account info password and name

Mobile device Screen space is precious real estate. I’d like to see better optimization and user settings that allow device specific customizations, or develop default code to use device type information to enable page layout, format, text size, etc... optimizations.

1) On my hardware, iPhone SE, using Safari web browser and having ‘ad space’ at the top that consume 1.5 lines is wasteful, when I could be seeing another message header without unnecessary scrolling.

2) allow mobile device settings to control text size (I.e. dynamic font size control) for a more satisfactory user experience.

3) User action options panel across the bottom of the screen, should auto scroll off screen or appear in the existing roll out menu space at the top of the screen. Read bullet #1 above.

Something needs to be done about the insane number of hack attempts on users accounts per month. Yet again this month there were 54 attempts to hack mine and yet zero correspondence from Microsoft until after that. With absolutely no help as to what Microsoft are going to do about it.
Contacting support is useless if I can even get an email address to contact you I then just get a generic email telling me to use the getting started page which I had to use to email you in the first place!
This is the second month in a row and it was not resolved because you closed the case before I received your email asking me to respond!

Hi I am new to Outlook . Just now I logged In . I expected a lot from the outlook. Since the first and foremost reason for my new account is this account is more safe when compared to others like Gmail and it can't be mail tracked . So I took my interest to log In . Since this is unbreakable I thought of having an exclusive video call provision which can be connected to hangouts since in my place the internet provided by my institution blocks the hangouts,skype and other calling facilities and only mails can be used. And I have an doubt that whether it is trackable by my institution since they are using the Sophos to block many sites and track the mails send by us. And I also wish to have it as more social than being more professional. Will it be working even in the meager internet speed?

I just signed up for a Hotmail email account solely for the purpose of getting Xbox live to work on my Xbox. I can't use the outlook.com addr that Hotmail bounced me to (,I know-hotmail is a dead horse but that is what Xbox wanted for a sign up address). I also tried to use my Gmail account to sign up (it says it will do this in the settings and prompts on the Xbox) but of course, that isn't working. Got to the setup page for the Xbox live account and it dies with an error screen saying contact Xbox support etc bla bla bla.
Why can't they just make this easy huh? My idea? Get a playstation
