Hello, I’ve been Hounded by “Bit Coin” Wannabes since last November, clocking up to 20 Spam emails a day & through my Night, not to mention Unwanted Phone Calls!
Why can’t the Software Engineers Create a Setting whereby the Owner can insert Choice Words or a Phrase to Filter in Real time the Offending Spam Originators Efforts
ie. “Bit Coin” or “Bit” Titles
Apple recently December 2019 created in iOS a “Silence Unknown Callers” setting that when Enabled Blocks All incoming Calls that are not in your Contacts list!
However this Bitcoin Wannabe that thinks he’s a big man harassing me, Former Australian Armed Forces, Hides behind This Setting by Registering a Missed Call with no Voicemail left, 10 times a day & night for the Last 5 months!
Anyway I feel Spam Filtering is due for several Upgrades, I can only hope you take our Pleas seriously, it’s no fun being hounded by Morons!!

Every 3 to 4 WEEKS, Past 3 to 4 months, I am blocked out by hot nail. It says that I am violating my terms of usage, which I don’t understand since I only receive emails and send a couple emails each month. But I have to go through this very tedious and time-consuming, and very frustrating process in which I have to change my email, and then after successfully signing in, and prompted to have a confirmation code sent to a tpast 3 to 4 months, I am blocked out by Hotmail. This is happened so many times that I am being blocked from sending confirmation code to my own cell, and several family members cell phones. Please tell me how to stop having my account like every 3 to 4 weeks.

I've received notifications on my recovery account that indicate someone is trying to reset my password (not me). The first time, I tried and failed to find anyway to alert Microsoft to the issue. I changed my password to a more difficult one. Again today, I have had another email to my back-up email with a code to reset my password. Clearly someone is trying to hack my account, but there is no way to alert Microsoft to the problem or see if there are any suspicious attempted logins (different locations/ devices etc.).

Would really appreciate some help with this. I've added another security back up, but this kits means I now can't use most Microsoft services for the next 30 days.

Something needs to be done about the insane number of hack attempts on users accounts per month. Yet again this month there were 54 attempts to hack mine and yet zero correspondence from Microsoft until after that. With absolutely no help as to what Microsoft are going to do about it.
Contacting support is useless if I can even get an email address to contact you I then just get a generic email telling me to use the getting started page which I had to use to email you in the first place!
This is the second month in a row and it was not resolved because you closed the case before I received your email asking me to respond!
