Not junk: email going to junk folder when it shouldn't
Every time I get an email from work it goes straight to my junk mail folder. No matter how many times I move them to my inbox it’s not changing. This never used to happen, how do I change it?

I cannot stop emails from going to junk. All my safe emails are going to the spam folder and because of that I was about to lose lots of appointments and tasks at work. I tried to find a relevant solution for the problem but I cannot succeed with anything. The 'solutions' that I ve found are nonexistent on the website, either on the app. What's the issue? What's the cure of it?

Hotmail keeps junking my emails even tho I mark the sender as not spam. Every day I have to unjunk the same senders!

Stop sending VIP marked emails to Junk automatically. Items on my VIP list keep being sent to junk. I have missed hospital appointments and surgery because of this.

You have began to put some of my emails into spam. They are not spam and when I found them in spam I marked them as Not spam. They are still going in the spam. Sort it out. I haven't got the time to trawl through the **** to find the emails I want. Everything from Betting gods is not spam, get it?

I've added senders as VIP senders yet it is still going to my junk email. Please fix so VIP's always go to the inbox otherwise what's the point of the feature

It's about the spam management. The spam management is very inconvenient when using a mailer on our PC and never using the web interface. Sometimes pertinent mails are considered as spams and we miss them. We have to visit the web interface to verify and add a lot of authorized adresses. It should be suitable to have an option to deactivate the outlook spam management.

I have a problem - whenever my sister sends me an email it ends up in Spam. I've added her to the safe list and even created a rule to have her emails sent to my inbox. Still they end up in Spam...

The anti-spam filter find to much false positive..
I'm tired of always getting to the folder and moving everything to the inbox or lose so much time on whitelising (+impossible on mobile).How can I disable it completely?
