Why haven't I been able to go into my hotmail or old hotmail account at brownman50@hotmail.com. I couldn't remember my password or changing it. My old password was batman3000 I think, any way I've forgotten it. In now I'm in your account that I have created and I don't know if I can remember it.

Did checking on my own through FCC who put me in touch with US Secret Service office. According to them after they did some checking I do not have to pay to correct my account. Responsibility to clear account is Hotmail's. Account locked after someone hacked my account in West Virginia. I am in New Mexico. Fault on account is not mine. Want my account cleared so I can use it again.
