Opt out of conversation view
There should be an option to opt out of conversation mode.
Thank you for the patience. We have now shipped the ability to switch off the conversation view if you don’t want to group emails under a thread.
To switch this off, go to Settings (gear icon on the top right of the folder navigation pane) → Conversation view → Toggle it on or off.
Let us know if there’s an issue. We thank you for your continued patronage.

I am unhappy with the email viewing which seems to have changed over the past 24 hours. Although my settings indicate that I am not using conversation view - and so I assume all messages I send and receive should be displayed separately - the messages ARE being displayed in conversation view. Can you please sort this out at your earliest convenience

Any update on this? I dislike conversation view as I sometimes want to save an older email in a conversation, but don't want to save newer ones. The downside is I can't do that with conversation view.

I'd like to see the option to not have emails shown as threads grouped together. Also, the check mark that I assume is supposed to save setting changes doesn't work. It doesn't do anything.

Sometimes having messages collapsed by thread is not convenient, so PLEASE allow the option to list all emails chronologically.
Sugiero quitar las conversaciones en cadena, que cada mensaje sea individual

The auto mail threading function is ******* ugly when checking the sending transmission or some operation.
If still provide the ignores usability by your own satisfaction, should give a way to cancel thread option if you have nomal sense.
Stop grouping emails. It soo annoying
I use inbox to follow who and when someone replies. The threading view requires opening and hunting, rather than simple scrolling. Make threading an option: context menu with “collapse conversation?”
The conversation view is very confusing when I try to find messages and originals, sent messages, and forwards are all mixed together.
One of the reasons I've stuck with this email instead of moving to Gmail is that it's had the option to opt out of conversation view.
I personally hate threaded conversation as I miss important emails, please add an option to turn it off.

Option to turn of conversations (collapsing multiple emails into one email)
I opened a couple emails about entering the sweepstakes using Microsoft points and I wanted to check on them and they’re all gone and I keep refreshing my email but it’s showing me stuff from months ago up top and I have to change the filter to “to me” for my recent emails to load but once I refresh it it goes back to the page it started on, showing me emails from months ago that aren’t important. I think the home page needs to have ALL your mail opened or unopened then you can change the filter to look at unread stuff only or whatever else but it’s stupid it’s not even showing my my newest emails unless I change the filter like how dies that make sense.
