How to Block a Contact?
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry that you haven’t been able to block certain contacts. We are considering bringing this ability to outlook on the mobile browser. However in the meantime you can do this from outlook.com on a desktop or a laptop. Follow the steps mentioned here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/how-do-i-block-the-email-of-someone-harassing-me/d2d4a775-b8c8-4c38-bcc6-404a940030e8.

Make blocking spam and phishing easier , !
like when i want to block mail , ask me for keywords too , to block , OR make an option to do that , we can turn on OR off
Unsubscribe dont work either , when i try , its like i am getting more everyday , maybe with the option above , they stay away
Well, this is not so much an idea as it is general feedback. I’m just a bit baffled by how much obvious junk that is slipping through to my inbox. It’s messages written with strange letters, it’s a lot of emails about sorting out my just fine personal economy (funny enough by taking loans), and a lot of other emails that are so obviously junk I’m frankly baffled how they end up in my inbox and not in some filter somewhere. So please, could you work on your automated filters. A human being or even an AI should be able to identify these junk mails and write filters for them in a jiffy!
Used to be able to view some junk mails from past months in my hotmail account that I would like to refer but do not wish to move them to preferred choice of mailbox. Sometimes I don’t clear emails everyday and some official emails got deleted because they are in junk mail category and I am unable to retrieve on time to read. I can’t find any settings to allow me to set the duration of junk mail.

What ls worldstorify.com in my inbox? lt disturbs much!
Block spam better. Somehow with all of these breaches, I am hit with 100’s of spam emails and some are in different languages. I am also receiving “extortion type” emails stating that they know my password and they have film footage of me. Total Lies and unappreciated. Other than changing my password again and again, when will there be a more secure Hotmail so our accounts aren’t hijacked like this?
Block e-mail addresses... and not just in personal account settings for specific addresses, but also across the entire server. Why hasn't this happened yet? It's like you WANT all of the worms, viruses, scams and all other manner of heinous e-mail garbage.
Dont we all want the junk automatically blocked.

Why can't we block chosen emails anymore. I would pick emails to block that came to my junk email but can no longer do that.

Are you serious? I don't have a desktop or laptop available.
I need a block/unblock toggle from my phone. More than just consideration is necessary, this feature needs to be added for mobile.
Absolutely! Instead of just putting stuff in junk we should be able to block all from sender with the option of all from domain too!
I have tried COUNTLESS times to fix the fact that important emails are going to my junk folder. However, it seems as though Outlook decides what is junk for me, including my responses from applied jobs! THANKS FOR HELPING ME TO MISS AT LEAST ONE JOB OPPORTUNITY!
