Can you please provide us with any error message your seeing when looking for your old emails? 2. Is this happening in all folders or just the inbox? 3. What device and software version is currently being used?
Is this a Help forum? I am getting a message in my email account that now shows no emails - "Your mail can't be displayed right now. Please check the internet connection." There is nothing wrong with the internet connection as I am on it now. This is a new email acct. Can you resolve this please? email@example.com votes

2. At approximately what time of which day did you see this issue?
I am trying to wait for it to load all my emails but it's taking ages I think the new setting needs to be faster at coming get also I am getting annoyed trying to wait for it!19 votes
