    Thank you letting us know that you are unable to locate your old emails. We are looking into this issue but need some additional information. 1. Can you please provide us with any error message your seeing when looking for your old emails? 2. Is this happening in all folders or just the inbox? 3. What device and software version is currently being used?

    Is this a Help forum? I am getting a message in my email account that now shows no emails - "Your mail can't be displayed right now. Please check the internet connection." There is nothing wrong with the internet connection as I am on it now. This is a new email acct. Can you resolve this please? pu***********se@outlook.com

  3. the new setting is a bit slow it needs to be faster

    I am trying to wait for it to load all my emails but it's taking ages I think the new setting needs to be faster at coming get also I am getting annoyed trying to wait for it!

    Thank you all for your feedback. We are striving to make the new Outlook much faster than before.

    Can you answer the following questions for us?
    1. What parts of the app are slow? For example – loading the inbox, loading a mail, performing an action on a mail, switching between mail and calendar, etc.
    2. Is it slow all the time?
