  4. Quick actions: add a "Move to folder..." option

A "Move to folder..." option on Quick actions would make it easy easier to organize my emails on the fly, and therefore avoid the multiple steps needed to move an email.

  9. Update credentials for connected Email accounts

I have received several emails requesting that I update the credentials for my connected gmail account. I have reset the password, removed and re-added it...nothing seems to work, and the help keeps sending me in circles. There must be a more streamlined way we could do this, while maintaining security and privacy concerns.

Long pressing an email activates the multi select option. You can then select multiple emails or hit “Select All” to select all emails in that folder. You can then delete them, move them to a folder, flag them, or mark them as read/unread.

Thanks for your feedback. Let us know if your concern has been addressed.

    Hey there!

Thank you for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear you are having trouble locating the account reset email from your social media account. These these types of emails will usually be listed in the “Other” Folder section of your email. If they are not showing there they will most likely be listed in the junk email folder. To locate these folders please open your email>tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner of the screen>scroll down and tap on the folder you are looking for.

If for any reason you are still unable to locate your social media account reset email you will want to make sure they have the correct email address on file.

    All the best,

    The Outlook Team

  17. Needs more settings

I don’t seem to have the ability to change my picture or the phone number connected to my email from mobile, as I do not have a computer this is inconvenient. Please add the ability to change these in the settings!

Thank you all for your feedback. Do the following to view or change your settings.
    1. From the Inbox, tap the 3 horizontal lines on the top left
    2. Tap the gear icon to launch the Settings page
    3. Tap “Account”
    4. Tap “View Account”
In the page that opens, you can view and edit your account related information like password and picture.

  18. Not spam

I use TypeApp on my cell for emails and they have a button to mark emails as not being spam. Because of the Hotmail service, however, many emails go into spam and the app can't change that decision. A button to mark 'not spam' would get rid of a lot of aggravation. One wouldn't need to list every email in the address book nor go through spam every day looking for legit emails.
