  1. Can't Receive: Not receiving emails

    Hi, I set up an email for my daughter. I can log into it without difficulty however no emails are being received. None are in the junk folder either. Not sure why? Help would be much appreciated.

    If the Outlook beta toggle has been turned off, then you are still using the older experience.

  5. Sign out from all devices

    I have changed my password because i felt that my email was hacked but after i changed the password. Why all my inbox from several device is still running? It's suppose to resign in? I dont feel safety right now i changed my handphone number and this is need 1 month to approve. Is that still safe for my acc?

  6. Safe sender

    Make it easier to add senders to the safe sender list, it's taken me ages to find this feature in the full desktop version and I'd appreciate it in the mobile version as I'm forever having to fish thinks out of my junk mail. Thanks.

  7. Update mobile site responsiveness for basic email functionalities for most popular browsers.

    The outlook mobile site still lags heavily no matter the browser being used to access outlook. On my Galaxy Note 9, when I tap to send an email, 50% of the time nothing happens for 10-30 seconds. No animation, no popup, no notifications.

    Obviously as a user, I automatically keep tapping send until the window changes back to the folder I was previously on. This happens on all browsers I use (chrome, Samsung Internet), even Edge for Android. I only downloaded Edge expecting a smoother Outlook mobile experience for work, and it's just as clunky on the Edge browser too.…

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry that you haven’t been able to block certain contacts. We are considering bringing this ability to outlook on the mobile browser. However in the meantime you can do this from outlook.com on a desktop or a laptop.   10. Recover deleted items

    How about adding the recover deleted items to both classic and beta mobile sites! I don't know how many times I've needed a deleted item on my phone but can't recover it unless I'm on a desktop.

    Thank you for your feedback. We are considering adding the option to recover deleted items in the outlook.com experience on the mobile browser. In the meantime you can recover your deleted items if you access outlook.com on a laptop or a desktop. Just go to the “Deleted Items” folder and you will find the option to recover deleted items.   11. My junk mail folder disappeared. Help!

    I can't find my junk mail folder. It was there yesterday. I check it daily because sometimes important emails accidentally go there.

    Is the junk folder not visible only when you access outlook on the mobile browser? Or is it not visible from the desktop as well?

  12. Do not show turn off automatic replies if an end date has been set

    Do not show the button to turn off automatic replies if I have already set an end date. I know the automatic replies are going on and I have already told you when to turn it off.

    I understand if you want to tell me this if I have not set an end date.

  13. Outlook groups not available.

    My custom email groups are not available in the beta. It is the one reason that I regularly have to disable the beta. This has been going on too long for such simple functionality not to have been fixed by now.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you are missing outlook groups on the mobile browser.

    If you only want to send email to a group, you can still do that from the mobile browser. If you’re also following the group, all group mail will come to your inbox and you can see it in the mobile browser too.

    Does that solve your use cases or do you need the dedicated groups section?

  14. Bring rule setting to mobile

    Please, please allow rules in mobile versions. I don’t want to delete some things such as coupon just set a rule to send them to a folder. Need setting rules in my life just like the PC version. Some emails I could make a sound occur as an alert, auto delet certain things but mainly organizing into folders. Please allow the mobile users this PC freedom of creating rules

  18. Kalenderübersicht verbessern

    Mittel- bis langfristig würde ich die Kalenderfunktion mit Blick auf Übersichtlichkeit verbessern. So kann ich nur von mir reden, aber ich benötige eine Monatsübersicht. Die Übersichtlichkeit eines Kalenders ist Grundlage aller Organisation, Orientierung, Effizienz. Das scheint mir hier eher als stiefmütterlich behandelt zu werden, so zumindest ist mein gefühlter Eindruck. So funktioniert die bestehende Monatskalenderübersicht in der Outlook-App für Android-Geräte nicht richtig. Termine werden nicht richtig gespeichert, wenn der Wochenbeginn anstatt Sonntag auf Montag geschalten wird. Wünschenswert wäre eine Monatsübersicht als Widget.
    Das nur mal als Anregung.

  20. Enable magnification of the emails; I am legally blind and it is difficult to read without enlarging print.

    Some emails I seem to be able to enlarge or magnify, but some I cannot. Uniformity and ease of this would be great for me and others who are barely able to read the large screen without magnification.
