[Suggestion]:Sync Categories across devices
Can you please sync categories from the Outlook desktop application to the Office365 and Mobile versions of outlook? This would compete with Gmail's label function and boost efficiency

Cluttered
The presentation of the emails is too cluttered. The uniform look of the previous version is more pleasing to the eye. With the new version it feels like I have to do more work to even differentiate between emails in the list format.

Pinned emails need Visual Prominence
In the old outlook, it was very prominent with a preview of the message. Now it just blends with all the other emails and is hard to distinguish as important. Edit design to make pinned emails pop out more.

Outlook is a slow very frustrating program that prevent you from getting things done. Very user unfriendly.
Allow users to attach files with having to type in the "tell me what you need to do" menu. Keep files from getting lost in the Outlook software. I spend 2-3 times as much time re-typing lost documents because Outlook acts like it saves your work, but it erases your file instead of saves it. This program demands too much time. With Google Drive, you type the document once and you have got it. A superior program to this ****.

Unable to "Open Calendar" in a calendar group.
Previously, right clicking on a calendar group does not give the option to "Open Calendar" to add other people's calendars or room calendars to any Calendar group.

Don't fix what isn't broken.
Why do we need a "new" outlook. The current version works well, is user friendly, and visually bland, and does not overwhelm the eye. The "New" version has thumbnails everywhere which is distracting and makes the screen look over crowded. Not a fan. Not a fan at all. Microsoft, stop fixing what isn't broken!!

Look was sleeker and more professional before the change.
113 votesHey, we recommend changing some settings so that the product looks how you’d like it to. Try opening up the settings pane (click the gear icon in the header) and then turn Display Density to Compact. Also, try changing the theme to something more basic, or try dark mode!

Get rid of "top Results"
Get rid of "top Results" Just sort by time. It's confusing when I'm looking for emails and I have to look at the same email twice.

Speedy Meeting Feature
This is a feature available in Google Calendar that really helps to make meetings more efficient and punctual.
The “Speedy meetings” feature by default sets meetings to 25- or 50-minute intervals. This is great because people are always scheduling meetings for 30- or 60-minute intervals, and attendees often end up scheduled back to back and have difficulty rushing from meeting to meeting.17 votes -
User Interface freezes
Had to refresh a couple of times because none of my messages would open, I couldn't change folders, and I couldn't navigate out of Outlook to another app
