To exclude spam from mail groups, you must add a white list!
At our university, students are constantly spamming their polls into the mails of many groups. They bypass the rules for links, recipients, or senders, which everyone configures for himself. Therefore, this feature is very important.

Stop using ZapBL blocklist, as it is nothing but extortion
From what Office 365 Support says, emails are considered as spams by Outlook filters if the sending IP is in the ZapBL blocklist.
Many other DNSBL are far more trustworthy than ZapBL, like SpamHaus, SpamCop or Barracuda.
False positives with ZapBL are very frequent.
For example, they regularly blacklist the whole IP range 212.83.160.0/19 (8,192 IPs !) because of the single spammy IP 212.83.166.135.
You can check it via https://zapbl.net/lookup.php.
Consequently, all the neighbour IPs are regularly blacklisted at the same time, although they have nothing to do with this damned spammer !Furthermore, if you want to get…

I should be able to block a whole group chat/100-500 people at a time.
People keep making group conversations/chats with me and spamming me with notifications. If I try delete it, the next time someone sends a message on the chat, it gets undeleted. This one particular chat that keeps annoying me has over 465 people in it. PLEASE, allow me to block the whole chat or at least all the participants in it.

Reduce Reply All spam
Users almost never check the size of the audience when pressing the Reply All button. The consequence is that lots of spam messages that were intended for a small audience grows to everyone quickly.
A user configurable limit to the number of people, who will receive the message, above which a warning should be produced. A default limit of 100 shouldn't be too annoying as long as it can be configured away.0 votes -
.farm TLD problem
Cannot add ".farm" TLDs as Safe Sender domains or email addresses; input is accepted and Save button works, then additions are silently ignored.

Phising Messages Should be Deleted
If a message is marked as phising then it should be permanently deleted instead of sent to the deleted items folder.

An address I have sent email to should never be marked as junk
If I send email to someone, their reply is, almost by definition, not spam. Very important and time-sensitive emails are going to my spam box.
This is a no-brainer hard rule. As an aside, when it comes to machine-learned spam classification, false positives are much, much worse than false negatives. False positives are missed deadlines and ruined relationships.

There is a bug when marking spam in the web version of Outlook 365
There is a bug in the web version of Outlook 365 related to flagging email as Spam, or using Unsubscribe. Choosing to flag email using one of these methods removes the message from the Inbox temporarily but then these messages return to the Inbox the next time the page refreshes.

Stop arranging legal emails to spam folder
Terrible emails arrangement! The system just keep put emails from my CONTACT to Spam folder. Even on those addresses that we have had tons of conversation. This is so annoying and please fix the bug.
