[Suggestion]:Microsoft Editor to check more than one language simultaneously
Similar to how Swiftkey can check spelling on more than one language. Thank you.

[Suggestion]:Allow spell checking in multiple languages when composing emails
Allow for spell checking in multiple languages, recently this option was changed with the introduction of Microsoft Editor, which only allows for one language at a time and needs to be set (deep) in the Outlook settings.
Before you could use the spell checker form the web browser (Edge allows for multiple languages to be checked), but this does not work anymore.28 votes -
Mail merge
We need to be able to run mail merges through Outlook on the web, just like on the desktop app, so that we can use this functionality when working away from the office.

[Dislike]:Click Inbox selects the first message and marks it read!
Previously, clicking Inbox while a message was selected would deselect all messages. This is what I want!
Now it selects the first message and instantly marks it read, which is INCREDIBLY stupid! How am I supposed to deselect all messages now??

Bookings Logo
Email confirmation for Microsoft Bookings displays a blurred image of the logo even if the photo uploaded to be used is of high resolution. In other words, the emails do not retain the quality of the photo used as a logo for Microsoft Bookings.

Microsoft Editor missing Brazilian Portuguese
Brazilian Portuguese is the most popular variant of the Portuguese language.
It is available in Microsoft Editor in Word Dektop, Word Online, and the Edge Chrome extension to use Microsoft Editor in any website. It does not make sense to omit Brazilian Portuguese on the integrated Microsoft Editor native to OWA. this is a serious omission.

Copy and paste multiple email addressed
In the current version you copy and paste email addresses. it would be helpful to be able to do that in this update.

Bug displaying email from qq.com
When receiving email from qq.com , we start to see ? question marks in the mail for certain Chinese characters. Most likely the new outlook version does not use the default qq.com's gb18030 encoding method.
It was working before Jan 30th.

Implement a transport rule to block emails or allow sending messages under the following conditions
To send and receive emails more efficiently, it would be great if you could implement a transport rule to block emails when external recipients are included in TO and CC, and allow sending messages when external addresses are included in BCC.

Left click on mouse instead of right click on mouse in Email
The changes in Office 365 Email that require you to hit the left hand side of your mouse now instead of the right side, for grammar and spelling errors is ridiculous given those changes do not apply in text anywhere else including MS Word. It is very confusing and uncomfortable to manage

[Suggestion]:Set up personal words to have a joyful animation when used in an email, as well as different animations.
I want to have multiple words and/or phrases to have the same animation as "happy birthday" or "congrats". I also suggest having more animations, like stars or lightning bolts rather than confetti only.
Thanks!

learn nicknames
Since I always sign "Kate," why does the system keep trying to prompt me to use "Kathleen?" It's an annoying feature, and it seems to me that once I've typed various forms of "thanks, Kate" numerous times, it should prompt me by suggesting that name.

[Dislike]:Trimmed quoted text in mail view
I dislike that I can not have a default mail body view of the whole mail thread - I too frequently have to click the small (too small) button of "show trimmed quoted text". I would like the "trimming" to be a user selectable feature to enable/disable.

Notifications for unread emails in Inbox subfolders
If I make Inbox subfolders and I defines rules to put corresponding emails into them, the Inbox does not report unread emails of subfolders if the Inbox directory is closed

Please show the error message to inform that the rule action will not take place if more than 10 email addresses are selected
We can create a rule to forward messages to multiple users by clicking Outlook on the web Settings > Mail > Rules > Add new rule. But if we add more than 10 email addresses under the Forward to or Redirect to actions, the rule action will not take place. We think the rules have been successfully set because we didn’t see any error message during the rule creation. So, it would be great if we can see any error message which informs that the rule won’t work.

Show the recipients’ company name, the recipients‘ display name and his/her e-mail address when selecting recipients in the To field.
It would be great if you could implement a feature to show the recipient’s company name which has been registered in the contacts or personal contacts, recipient’s name and his/her email address in the To field when selecting recipients in Outlook on the web.

Signature position
Signature position is changed suddenly and it is on the bottom of the mail. I put my signature on the top of the mail, so want to give us the option to select where we put signature on the top or bottom.
