4,249 votesThanks for your interest in the new Outlook Web! At this point, we have begun work to offer an integrated Chat experience in the new Outlook Web.
Just like there is a new (and better) Outlook Web, you can expect a new (and better) Chat experience as well! We can’t wait to show it off to you, but we must, as we need to make sure it is of high quality before you see it. :)
You will be able to use Chat in Outlook Web again at some point in the near future, but until then, brb.

Distribution Groups removed from settings menu.
Need to be able to access Distribution Groups (not Office 365 Groups) from OWA like in old version so users can self-service join/leave.

Why does it open a new window every single time you toggle between calendar and email?
There's no need to open a new browser window. Just toggle within the same window.

DO NOT OPEN CALENDAR, CONTACTS or TASKS in a new window!
Do not open calendar, contacts or tasks in a new window, or at least make that configurable!
If you're using a browser-app window (Chrome is capable of that) than you have an application window for Outlook 365, with Icon on the desktop and all, and you have no tabs in that window.
If the calendar and the others are opened in a new window, a new browser window with that tab opens and you loose the overview you have with that integrated browser-web-application.So for now I am back to the old version due to this.

Bug when using shift+arrow keys to select characters
When using shift+arrow keys to select part of the text while, for instance, writing an email, it automatically deselects the text if I'm trying to select more than one character. Similarly, if I use ctrl+shift+arrow keys to select entire words, it deselects if I try to select more than one word. This worked fine in the previous Outlook. (I am using Firefox on Windows 10)
42 votesThank you for taking the time to report this issue, as well as trying out the new Outlook on the Web experience.
I just wanted to let you know that we have made a fix on our side to work around the issue (which is rolling out).
Also, Firefox 65 has fixed this issue as well. So I would recommend checking your browsers and make sure they are up to date, or wait a few more days for our fix to fully roll out.
Thanks

Add more themes!
Although there is a different range of themes, it'd be nicer if there were more as some of them are distracting or too childish.

Hello from the Outlook team! We’re hoping you all can help us out in identifying this problem. Please share the detailed steps taken in order for this to not work (Folder origin? Keyboard?).
Thank you!

Not easy on the eyes
The colors are not easy on the eyes and are confusion.
55 votesThanks for the feedback! I just wanted to let you know that you are actually able to turn off the color circles.
Just click on the gear in the top right and turn off Sender Photos.
Hope this helps

Dark Mode Toggle Button doesn't work on Sidebar Settings
Toggle Button for Dark Mode does not work in the Settings sidebar. I had to open the All Settings page, go to General, and toggle it from there.... I am using Firefox

color in the flags and pins like they were before
It was easier to see emails that I had marked with flags before because the flags were bright red and filled in. The new ones are only outlined and not as obvious.

Hard to read
The fonts are way too small. I work on my notebook a lot and my eyes are hurting after I've used the new outlook on the web for some minutes

Its too cumbersome. Normally i pinned all imp email but now i can see only summarized version of it.

New version looks childish
It looks childish and unprofressional. It should have cleaner lines and not use these modern, supposedly intuitive amorphous blobs.

I have outlook pinned to a tab. With the new version the calender opens in a new tab. Sorry, can't live with that. Rolling back.
