Apply the unique company event to all employees’ calendars at a time without sending an invitation
I would like to apply unique company events such as establishing anniversary and special holiday to all employees’ calendars at a time. I don’t want to send an event invitation, so it would be great if you could implement some other method to accomplish above.

A feature to block item duplication for direct booking
User who has the edit permission can schedule duplicate item in the calendar with direct booking. I don’t want them to create duplicated items, so I would like to ask you to provide us a feature to block the duplicated item creation for direct booking.

About Room lists pull-down menu in "Room finder"
Even if there are multiple Room lists, only the most recently used one is displayed in the Room lists pull-down menu of the "Room finder", and other meeting room lists must be searched each time.
Please change it so that the list can be displayed.[会議室の検索] の会議室リストのプルダウンには、会議室リストが複数ある場合でも最近使用したものしか表示されず、それ以外の会議室リストは毎回検索しなければならないため、プルダウンに複数の会議室リストが表示できるように変更してほしい。

Calendar invite response no longer allows option to comment - put that back please.
Responding to a calendar invite used to give option to add a response -- please put that feature back. Now, calendar item disappears and you have to go search for it in the deleted folder.

[Suggestion]:revise Holiday Calendar - Korea
July 17 is no longer a public holiday (since 2008) [1]
In addition, August 17 was set as a temporary holiday. [2]
Please reflect this.

Implement the Meeting with All function into Ootw
It would be great if we can select multiple members’ calendar at a time by selecting a single calendar group in Ootw like we do in Outlook. Also, it would be nice if we click Meeting with All to send a meeting invitation to the selected calendars easily.

Share availability when composing email
I miss the capability where I can share calendar availability while composing an email. It is in the old UX but does not appear to be in the New Outlook yet. This was really handy and I find myself switching back to the old UX often in order to compose an email when I know I want to embed available calendar times for myself to others.

OWA sends calendar invite when trying to type "ś" letter
I am using OWA extensively and have found one very annoying bug. The most common Polish keyboard layout (programmers) uses right alt or right option for Polish diacritical characters (ąćęłńóśżź, where you press right alt + a to get ą ans so on). When creating a calendar invite, any attempt to write ś results in the invite being sent (at least on a mac, will verify on Windows later). This is extremely annyoing and the only way to not have this is to not enter the invite's title, since then the app wants confirmation.

Edit w/o resending
Edit an appointment w/o resending. Editing a detail like a reminder (I am currently trying to update/remove an old event reminder email) should not prompt the entire invite to be sent out to all invitees AGAIN. How about a button option that asks to update w/o sending.

A toggle in Options under Outlook to disable/enable Meeting Insights on Calendar entries.
A toggle in Options under Outlook to disable/enable Meeting Insights on Calendar entries. When one fully opens a Calendar meeting entry it shows suggested files and emails that O365 thinks are associated with that meeting. This feature has potential to leak sensitive information. When someone is showing an agenda from the calendar invite on Webex or MS Teams, the Meeting Insights section may contain confidential information. Irrespective of the algorithm being accurate or not, it may pull in information that is very confidential. In general the data that's shown is rather limited, but one might still be able to glean…

Bug: An event date entered with the keyboard is ignored in Outlook web calendar
When creating a new event in the Outlook web calendar, the date of the event can be set in two different ways:
- By typing a date with the keyboard,
- By selecting a date in the small calendar that appears when you click on the date field.
However, a date entered with the keyboard is completely ignored. When any other field or button is clicked, the date is simply replaced with today's date. This is an annoying bug and I would really love to see this fixed, as I often want to enter the date with the keyboard (it is faster…

CEO's ability to calendar free/busy details without changing the calendar permissions for everyone
Only CEO has the ability to view the free/busy details without changing calendar permissions on the individual user's calendar and also not showing in the Permissions List from Calendar Properties of Individual user. If this feature can be implemented in O365 Exchange Online for specific people like CEOs, CFOs, and Vice Presidents, it should be so much helpful for Exchange admins.

Focus stolen while typing event description
The event description input in calendar loses focus while typing, focus is placed in the input for additional participants instead.
Having focus stolen while typing is quite annoying.
I can reproduce the issue with the following steps (in Firefox):
- Open the "new event" dialog
- Click on the "additional participants" button
- Click in the textarea to enter some description
- Type (and finish with return) six lines of text
Focus should now be in the additional participants input – or it might have jumped there after four lines of text.
In Chrome I cannot reproduce ):
Thanks.

Meeting Insights glitches
Outlook Calendar issues with "Meeting Insights" and the "pop-out" options are not properly working in the Outlook Web calendar. The "Meeting Insights" option is great but clicking on the items do not always work. Single click doesn't seem to work, and sometimes, double clicking works, but not ALWAYS. Some items never open and the user has to toggle back to email to view the email item. Having it appear in the "Meeting insights" is great, but there are glitches. In addition, where is the option to turn on or off as one user indicated sensitive information can potentially leak via…
