  1. Outlook to create Teams meeting by default when you schedule a meeting

    Possibility to select an option so that every meeting you schedule in outlook is a Teams meeting and contains the information to join
    This should be available for the user to configure but also for the admin to force for all users in the organization

  2. Want to request recipients to share their calendar when sending the calendar sharing e-mail to them in Ootw

    We can request recipients to share their calendar with the Share Calendar option in the Outlook client for semi-annual channel. So, it would be great if Ootw would have the similar requesting feature for the calendar sharing.

  3. Notification when other users edit event in a shared calendar

    With the old Outlook Experience, you could ensure that any items added to a shared calendar by another person you were sent an email notification. The actual setting was "When someone updates an event or task on this calendar, send details of the change to:"

    This seems to not be available with the new Outlook experience, or hidden somewhere that is not easy to find.

    Could you please add this back in, as it is most useful for Shared Calendars, and available with other email/calendar services such as Google.

  4. Add an end meetings early option

    I love the "end meetings early" feature recently introduced into Outlook desktop. Being able to end meetings 5-10 minutes short allows more time for travel or bathroom breaks for people who have back to back meetings. Can we have a similar feature in OWA?

  5. Add more types of personal calendars for combination with work calendar

    I like the feature that you can combine the calendar from Outlook.com/Hotmail/Live/MSN or Google with your work calendar to view and manage your personal calendar.

    It would be great to add more types of personal accounts and also be able to add another O365 account, as I'm using O365 for work as well as for personal use - but 2 separate subscriptions.

  7. Show the meeting invitation response in the organizers’ preferred language

    Currently, the meeting invitation response is written in the language of the use who replies the message. But I would like you to change this behavior that the response will be delivered in the language of the user who receives the invitation response.

  8. Automatically populate pre-defined message template when creating a schedule in Outlook

    Currently we must input invitation message such as Scheduled By: or
    Meeting Agenda: in the body every time we create a schedule in Outlook. Therefore, it would be great if the specific message template could be populated and shown automatically so that we don’t have to input them whenever creating a schedule.

  9. Add group members’ calendars when adding mail-enabled security group

    It would be great that we could add group members’ calendar when adding the mail-enabled security group into the calendar same as Outlook client behavior.

  10. Deliver the event properly to the organizers’ inbox

    If we add an event organizer as the attendee for the event, the event message won’t be delivered to the organizers’ inbox somehow. This type of message will be delivered to the Deleted folder in Outlook client, and for Outlook on the web, the message won’t be delivered anywhere.

  12. Organize Calendar Group

    You're unable to re-arrange the order of calendars in a calendar group, and you're unable to re-arrange the order of calendar groups. The only way to "organize" this mess is to remove/delete and re-add the calendars/groups in the order you want. It's 2019, why are you making static lists. Be better, Microsoft.

  14. Visualize the difference between the work days and weekends in the monthly view calendar

    It would be great if Saturdays and Sundays in the monthly view can be shown in gray color to highlight non-working days. This would be the similar look as the daily view which shows non-operational hours in gray.

  15. Immediately reflect the changes on the room list DL group to the Outlook on the web calendar

    Currently it takes about a week to reflect the changes on the room list DL group to Ootw calendar, such as adding or deleting meeting rooms in the DL group, changing the display name of the meeting room.
    It would be great if those changes can be reflected to the Ootw calendar immediately.

  18. Location data of "Contacts" should be linked with "Search for a room or location"

    When creating new meeting invitation in Outlook on the web, I believe that "Search for a room or location" is linked to Bing Map API.

    However, not all companies and their offices are listed in Bing Map and I am not asking for Bing Map to do so.

    Instead, I would like location information of each "Contacts" (not personal contacts, but "Contacts" that are added via Exchange Admin Center) to be listed in "Search for a room or location".

  19. Hide the message “*** (Forwarder) has sent on behalf: *** (Organizer)” when forwarding a meeting item

    When forwarding a meeting item, “ (Forwarder) has sent on behalf: (Organizer)” is shown in the Sender field. But, it would be great if you could implement a feature to hide this message.

  20. Change -DeleteSubject Parameter in Exchange admin centre

    Currently, settings (DeleteSubject,DeleteComments,AddOrganizerToSubject) can be changed only by using PowerShell, but I would like to be able to change it on the Exchange admin center as well.
