Make the suggestions more frequent so people can get their work done faster and more efficiently.

Need a way to disable suggestions and disable auto-training of text suggestions when composing an email.
It slows me down and disrupts my train of thought.
It's the same as having your spouse always complete your sentences and mostly getting them wrong.
