Upgrade to Office 365 with premium Outlook features
"Upgrade to Office 365 with premium Outlook features" - why do I see this in the bottom-left corner of my screen? We're on M365 Business. Clicking the link directs me to buy O365 Home. Should I downgrade?

Thank you for your feedback!
The Upgrade to Office 365 should only show in consumer accounts. We have not seen it in any paid enterprise accounts in our investigations.

I have a problem on my home computer- I have two microsoft email accounts. One is with the open university and one NHS mail. When I try to log onto my NHS email account on my home computer despite using the NHS portal it logs me onto my open university account everytime. This is not acceptable and I have no idea how to stop it.
my NHS account is jackie.smith26@nhs.net. My OU email is jas49@open.ac.uk. These two shouldnt be linked. I have provided a personal email -

My early take on Outlook 365 is that it's a loser compared to my old version. Much more difficult to print, operates slow and can't save emails into my client folders. Unless there are easy workarounds to this and other things, it's an abject failure

When scrolling down through my Favorites I can't see the above and have to start again

I am already a paying customer. You are not welcome to take up my valuable screen space to ask me to upgrade to a more expensive subscription. I have an unwanted message in my left side bar that says "Upgrade to Office 365 with premium Outlook features" and I can't get rid of it, which is even worse on top of the fact that you are showing me this to begin with.

+ 1 for the ability to close this. I have a really long list of folders that I need to keep track of emails with. I use heavy filtering. This blocks my view of 5 folders I use often.
I want to close this permanently.

or at least provide an option to clear the "advertisement". Also on a business subscription and seeing this annoying message.

It is ridiculous! Is my company paying O365 subscription for M$ to show silly ads on it? Is the E5 licence a platform for advertising? What is happening?

Completely agree - we pay large amounts of money a year for business O365, and now we have ads in our inbox to pay more money to become a premium home O365 user too? Come on Microsoft, this is abusive.
