Outlook Contact List
Contact lists sync between the client app and the web interface for Outlook but are not appearing on a user's mobile app. Many of our users are assigned mobile devices and they are unable to reach contact lists at all.
Outlook Contacts is geared to friends rather than business use - Why can't I enter all details in one go rather than having to specially select a subset of a subset to enter a company name, web-site etc? I don't have the time to gaze at 'wonderful' graphics as I enter details word by word. I suppose the next revision of Outlook Contacts will be designed to select individual letters using separate drop downs or similar?
