cannot add comments to previous messages
I would like to add comments to previous emails, lets say... see my response in red and then I can put in red the corresponding comment. currently I can't
Same here, receiving requests by email and being give offline instructions. I need to add those offline instructions to an email conversation to be able to trace back what was resquest and why.......Else we get manager going crazy because they do note remember two three months ago they request the opposite.
We call this shadow conversation
