This is absolutely critical for anyone who has access to shared mailboxes, and it's basic functionality in Outlook 2016. Please (please, please, please) could you review and update this request.

Ability to tag inbox folders to the favorites and use as a quick reference was very useful on Shared email boxed.
Even though the feature is available for personal mailboxes, it's something we would like to be available for shared mailboxes as well. Please add the feature back

Shared accounts not accessible inside Folder-Overview.
I have permission to access 4 other accounts, 2 of them are shown in the Folder-Overview, 2 are not shown. The 2 shown display no content when opening them. When using "open other account", I can see the content of all 4 accounts.

Hi,
I've added two shared inboxes to my setup. I'd like to see the following improvements:
- Need to be able to add shared folders (inbox, archive, etc) to favourites for quick access.
- Need to be able to rename shared folders (ie. "Contoso - Inbox") so they can be identifiable.
- Need to better see when new items arrive in shared folders. Thanks,

It would be incredibly helpful if I could link multiple email addresses to an inbox. Aliases and shared mailboxes should be full supported as independent addresses. I would configure one inbox with all of the shared mailbox addresses I need to monitor plus all of the regular work email addresses I need to monitor. I would also configure one inbox with all of my personal email addresses. These multi-email address inboxes should have field that makes clear which address the email came to. Then if I reply to one of these emails, the default from address should be the address the email came to but I should be able to change the from address if necessary.

In the new version of Outlook on the web, the Favorites folder is not shown when opening the Shared mailbox. So, please add the feature that can view the Favorites folder.

On the "Old Outlook", the users name appeared in the left hand column. You could right-click and select "Add Shared Folder" and search for a secondary mailbox. the name no longer appears, and I couldn't figure out how to add another mailbox.

In the new look Outlook Web App (OWA) a Shared Folder should list the Inbox, Junk, Drafts, Sent Items before other folders from that mail address

The new inbox side menu is to cluttered for multiple inboxes and you really need to ad the flexibility to ad shared inboxes to the favourites. Also when you send from a shared inbox it should be in the sent items in the shared inbox not in the main sender inbox

Used to be able to add a shared folder by right clicking on the folder one level above my inbox. Can't find this option anymore.
