Can't find how to add shared mailbox inbox to main favorites
Shared accounts not accessible inside Folder-Overview.
I have permission to access 4 other accounts, 2 of them are shown in the Folder-Overview, 2 are not shown. The 2 shown display no content when opening them. When using "open other account", I can see the content of all 4 accounts.
Add the ability to add shared mailbox inboxes to favorites in Outlook On The Web.
I've added two shared inboxes to my setup. I'd like to see the following improvements:
- Need to be able to add shared folders (inbox, archive, etc) to favourites for quick access.
- Need to be able to rename shared folders (ie. "Contoso - Inbox") so they can be identifiable.
- Need to better see when new items arrive in shared folders.
It would be incredibly helpful if I could link multiple email addresses to an inbox. Aliases and shared mailboxes should be full supported as independent addresses. I would configure one inbox with all of the shared mailbox addresses I need to monitor plus all of the regular work email addresses I need to monitor. I would also configure one inbox with all of my personal email addresses. These multi-email address inboxes should have field that makes clear which address the email came to. Then if I reply to one of these emails, the default from address should be the address the email came to but I should be able to change the from address if necessary.
In the new version of Outlook on the web, the Favorites folder is not shown when opening the Shared mailbox. So, please add the feature that can view the Favorites folder.
On the "Old Outlook", the users name appeared in the left hand column. You could right-click and select "Add Shared Folder" and search for a secondary mailbox. the name no longer appears, and I couldn't figure out how to add another mailbox.
no add shared mailbox in lateral bar
no option to add share folders in "new" interface. had to revert to old interface to add share folders the back to "new" interface.
In the new look Outlook Web App (OWA) a Shared Folder should list the Inbox, Junk, Drafts, Sent Items before other folders from that mail address

This used to work in OWA pre-Office365. Needs to be fixed
Waiting........ still not possible, really looking forward to this
This is not an idea, the UI is broken
The new inbox side menu is to cluttered for multiple inboxes and you really need to ad the flexibility to ad shared inboxes to the favourites. Also when you send from a shared inbox it should be in the sent items in the shared inbox not in the main sender inbox
In the Outlook desktop version, I can add the inbox folder of a shared mailbox to the favorites pane.
This is nog possible in Outlook Online.
I would like that option in Outlook Online also.
Lost access to shared mailboxes on the new webmail/OWA
Used to be able to add a shared folder by right clicking on the folder one level above my inbox. Can't find this option anymore.

I want to be able to add a shared folder's inbox to favorites. It's been possible to do this in the desktop app for quite awhile, but you can't in the web app. Please add this functionality! I work out of 6 different email accounts at work, 4 of those are shared folders. Due to legal things, I can't use the desktop version of Outlook. I spend an inordinate amount of time scrolling up and down in the left pain, just to see if there's a new email.
